Prospective OB/HR Research Students

I am always eager to supervise passionate, self-disciplined, and collaborative students to work with.  I love doing research with students at all levels and it is truly one of the best parts of my job. I work collaboratively, meaning that I enjoy taking an active role in students’ research while recognizing the importance of the development of their own ideas and projects. For students who want to work with me, expect lots of intellectual chats, back and forth dialogue of research ideas, and a supportive approach to research.

For undergraduate students, I am happy to pursue independent research projects for course credit. At the graduate level, I am open to supervising students at both the MSc and PhD level.
