The Impact of Cohabitation and Coworking - Lessons Gained from Working from Home Together and Apart During COVID-19 and Beyond
My current research project is studying the short- and long-term impacts of living and working together for couples. Combining work and family life unexpectedly has both its challenges and benefits, and my research aims to to uncover the results of such transformation.
This research is being conducted alongside my colleagues, Dr. Julian Barling and PhD candidate Anika Cloutier and is aimed towards Canadian couples where at least one partner is working from home during the pandemic.
